Q: What if I’m nervous to attend?
A: Totally normal—and honestly, most women feel that way at first. This is a relaxed, supportive space with zero pressure. You won’t be put on the spot or asked to share anything unless you want to. Ange will guide the full workshop—you just get to show up, listen, learn, and breathe.
Q: What’s included in the cost?
A: Your ticket includes the full 2-hour SOUL FOOD workshop, plus coffee, tea, and light snacks so you can settle in, relax, and enjoy the experience.
Q: What should I bring?
A: Just yourself! If you love taking notes, feel free to bring a journal—but otherwise, just come as you are!
Q: Is there a refund if I can’t make it?
A: Because of the nature of the event, tickets are non-refundable. However, they are transferable, so you’re welcome to gift or sell your ticket to a friend if something comes up.
Q: Is there a virtual recording of this event?
A: No, this is a live, in-person experience only, and no recordings will be available. Part of the magic is being in the room together.
